Once your beautiful new website has launched, we'll remain on board to help train you and your team to operate the newly designed site and perform everyday tasks. As standard with all our website projects, you'll receive complimentary website support for at least 14 days.
What's included in these 14 days:
- Scheduled website training sessions via Zoom, phone, or *in-person (*There is a fee for all in-person training)
- Access to our Client Portal area (Includes helpful website tutorial videos)
- App, analytics, and software configuration
- Search engine results placement monitoring
- Ensuring proper functionality of all forms, features, and apps
- 404 error monitoring
- Theme, plugin, and core updates (Applicable to WordPress sites only)
- Uptime monitoring (Applicable to WordPress sites only)
- Security monitoring (Applicable to WordPress sites only)
What's NOT included in these 14 days:
Significant updates that were already approved during the design and development phase, including:
- Content updates (i.e., adding new pages, products, and apps)
- Aesthetic changes (i.e., updating fonts, color schemes)
