This is where we make sure everything runs smoothly. This is where you should ask any additional questions you may have about how to operate your site.
This part includes:
  • Creating user accounts for you and staff to access the site
  • Sending you login credential to access your hosting environment
  • Getting you set up with website training
Once your beautiful new website has launched, we'll remain on board to help train you and your team to operate the new site and perform common tasks. As standard with all our website projects, you'll receive free website support for 30 days.
What's included in these 30 days:
  • Scheduled website training sessions via Zoom, phone, or *in-person (*There is a fee for all in-person training)
  • Access to our Client Portal area (Includes helpful website tutorial videos)
  • WordPress updates (Core, theme, and plugin)
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Security monitoring
  • 404 error monitoring
  • Search engine results placement monitoring
  • Ensuring proper functionality of all forms, features, and plugins
What's not included in these 30 days:
  • Content updates (i.e., adding new content and plugins)
  • Aesthetic changes (i.e., updating fonts, color schemes)
After the 30 day mark, Blue Surge Marketing Agency can provide post website support services to help you see the value of your investment while you focus on running your business. We have several options to fit the needs of our clients.
