What if I need to make major changes to my website project after we've started?

Requests above and beyond those listed in the budget may be considered out-of-scope. This project includes one (1) hour of out-of-scope development work in the form of 15-minute increment task credits.

Additional requests (including but not limited to: adding features, pages, plugins, graphic design work, etc.) outside of that window that exceeds one hour are welcome and will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Clients will be made aware of out-of-scope changes. These charges will be added to the remaining balance and are due in full upon project completion. Learn more about task credits here.
